ZaQerrah Wilson, the daughter of Tammy Henry and the granddaughter of the late Geraldine Henry from St. Paul’s Grenada is an aspiring singer and songwriter who started singing at the age of 3 (before anyone realize she can even talk) at Stroudsburg Seventh Day Adventist in Pennsylvania. She attended Brooklyn High School of the Arts as a vocal major.
She was inspired by Shawn Mendes to start songwriting the summer she graduated from middle school. She once stated, “When it comes to genres that I write, it differs because I’m inspired by a lot of different artists.” She developed a love for music because she sees it as a universal language and a way to relate with people. ZaQerrah hope that people would listen to her music so that they don’t feel so alone in the world.
