Mene Tovi Lewis – Mode

Mené Tovi Lewis hails from Antigua and Barbuda. She is a visual artist, author, musician and recording artist. “I’d love to win the grand prize that this competition offers because I’d love to give representation to the Caribbean and my Caribbean island,” stated Mene`.

 “I also want to win because I  have a once  in a life time music audition that I was invited to but I need some funds to get there. I was very disappointed because I’ve been struggling to find this funding so that I don’t miss this opportunity that would strengthen my music career and this art competition came along. I feel as though this competition is a gift from God. Because I’m a series painter, which means I usually complete a body of work as one piece. The body of work that I submitted is called “Mode”
