Brandon Brathwaite SpokenAwoken

When performing, Brandon Brathwaite goes by the stage name SpokenAwoken or SpAw. Brandon resides in Tempe St. Georges and currently is a student at St. George’s University pursuing a degree in accounting. He has been writing for most of his life and the first time he realized that he was talented was at a talent show in TAMCC. Brandon stated, “I had no idea my voice could be used to evoke such emotion.”

“I believe that more contests like these are worth having as they present an opportunity for artists such as myself to get a platform to showcase our talents. This is especially necessary when one considers how hard it is for an artist to grow their craft by using their God given talents. I believe I should win this contest as these funds allow me to grow as an artist in Grenada. This also supports my opportunities to improve my art and eventually collaborate with other artists in Grenada.”
